App makes noise when confirming each screen#1387

When I’m entering data for a headache or migraine, the app makes a notification sound when I complete each screen (start time, attack type, pain location, medication, intensity). The only way for me to silence this is to turn off ALL notification on my device (Android), which isn’t ideal as I do need some notification for some apps. Having the option for sound in app settings would be really helpful, especially for attacks made worse with noises. Thanks!
