Attack Record UX#2043

When opening attack records, the two options at the bottom of the view are “delete” and “confirm”.
This leads to the following issues:

1. It’s more intuitive to have a “back” button rather than “confirm” when looking at historical records without making any edits.
2. The delete button is not red and is easily selected which leads to my main suggestion: there should be a way to restore accudentally deleted records
