Ability to edit DUPLICATED records#2065

As someone else noted, oftentimes my migraines are very similar. I appreciate the fact that you added a duplicate feature to the records. However, we are unable to change any of the entries once we’ve duplicated the report. In other words, I need to be able to change symptoms, or medications that I’ve taken, etc.
