My migraines appear to be weather and disrupted nights dependant.
Having listened to the first migraine Summit session i would like to record all my symptoms daily to see if I can predict if the cumulative is going to result in a migraine or if the app can predict over time. Listening to the session made me realise how many symptoms can rack up before a migraine.
