Take notes every day about how the day has been#2153

It would be great to easily take daily notes about how the day has been. Fill in how you ate, if the day was stressful, how your mood has been, if you drank enough etc. Kind of like how you report your symptoms during a migraine but with a scale on red to green. So we can find triggers more easily. Yes you can track triggers when you report a migraine, but you can’t always remember those details afterwards. It would be better to track every day and afterwards look back for triggers.
