Add ears as pain location#2239

It would be very helpful to be able to select ears as a pain location. It’s not uncommon to have ear pain, especially with vestibular migraines

I believe this information can be added in the attack Notes screen. This way you keep the information in the attack summary

Totally, I just would rather not have to put the pain location in multiple places. Especially when looking back on overall data.

Do not worry the information written in the Notes section shows just below the attack information in the report.
