MIDAS score is probably underestimated#2252

i just realized, calculated MIDAS can be underestimed.
The questionaire evaluate separately attacks the affect work or social activities. However most attacks affect both, but the app consider those attack as just one point whereas in real MIDAS it can be worth 2 or sometimes 3 points
