Warning Sign Tracking#2257

I don’t have aura and I often have very vague prodrome symptoms (often just fatigue), so I want to be able to log other potential warning signs that a migraine may be coming. For instance, I want to see if mood changes, sinus pressure or GI upset are things that often precede my migraines, so I’m better able to take preventative measures. So it would be great to be able to track those on non-headache days and then use the app to identify a pattern.

Hi Kate, why don’t you log some prodrome attack types?
Or use the “did you see it coming” screen in the attack recording flow?

Because then I have to log an attack. That’s not what I”m asking for. I”m asking to log potential warning signs 24 or 48 hours in advance. I just downloaded a different app where you can do that (MiG) and will be using that app instead.

So the “did you see it coming” screen is the best one in your case. You can record there all of the early signs you notices before the pain started

But then, in the midst of an attack, I have to try and think back over the last 24-48 hours and try and remember if I had mood changes, GI upset, etc in that time. It would be much easier to be able to log those things when they happen, even if I don’t get a migraine at that time.

in this case you need to log a Prodrome attack that you can link to a migraine afterwards. Contact jenny@migrainebuddy.com if you need more information on what the app can offer

I’ve decided to use a different app called MiG that has the feaure I’m looking for, along with the migraine tracking.
