Keep period question for male gender#484

Please keep the period question up. When i set my gender to male, it disappears. Im a trans man who still (unfortunately) menstruates, and they definitely affect my attacks. Thanks!

HI @Cameron, the option to turn on/off the recording for periods can be found in Settings > Recording Settings
