Allow none paid subscribers to notify others of migraines#549

Allow none paying subscribers to notify faculty and friends of when a migraine is happening when we log it into the app by sending a message to them and allow them to track it as well.

Great idea! This is coming in the next version. (in 2 weeks I think).
