Disable sleep tracking notifications#622

I disabled sleep tracking because the daily notifications to verify sleep time was extremely annoying. However the app still prompts daily to verify sleep time even though it isnt being recorded so my problem was not fixed. Had to completely disable notifications even though I like the notifications on active attacks.
