add to record headaches separate to migraines#628

my neurologist wants me to track my migraines and headaches aswell as migraines due to i have a lot of headaches but when i try and add them it will show them as being a migraine in the calendar part - if it could be a different colour circle maybe?

This is one of the improvements that we have planned: select the kind of attack types you with to include to your Migraine Impact Reports, in a similar fashion to the selection for your attack listing report that is already available.
